Who we are

Form & Content was founded by our Managing Director, Dr Sunny Bains, a scientist, journalist, and editor who has worked on everything from tiny niche newsletters to The Economist, New Scientist, and Wired. Over the years she developed our basic system for gathering ideas and articles, and then designed the IT system that would make it come into its own.

Though the company is based in London, Sunny previously lived and worked in Berkeley, Boston, Edinburgh, and near Seattle. In this spirit, the company is founded on the use of expert freelancers who live all over Britain, the United States, Canada, and elsewhere. Because of this, Form & Content has the luxury of being able to recruit based purely on skills and expertise, and not location.

The company's team currently includes the following.
